Four details to send when something is wrong: the page, what you entered, what you saw and what you expected

Use the feedback form at the bottom of this page or write to [email protected]. Send a note when a number looks wrong, the calculator misbehaves, you want something removed, or you have a question about a table.

Report something that is not right

A useful report has four parts: the page, what you entered (conduit type, size and wires), what you saw and what you expected, with the table row you used. With those we can tell whether the page or a table value is at fault. Please do not send photos of customer sites or personal details.

Here is a made-up example, written to show the detail that helps; it is not a real report.

Sample note: six wires in 1/2 in EMT show 31.4 percent, the writer expected 30, and the reply shows 0.0954 divided by 0.304

Rights or removal requests

If you believe something on Conduitwise infringes your rights, choose “Rights or removal request” in the form or email [email protected] with the page address and what you want changed.

What the form stores

The form keeps the time of your note, whether you marked it helpful or needing rework, the page address, the topic you picked and your note (up to 1,000 characters). It keeps the newest 300 notes and does not ask for your name or email. To stop one person flooding it, a scrambled one-way form of your IP address is held for 20 seconds and then forgotten.

What the Conduitwise feedback form stores and that it asks for no name, email or wire list
